David Anderegg is the President and CEO of Community Real Estate Inc, and has been serving the Utah real estate market since early 2005. As a managing broker he oversees the performance and success of each individual agent. David graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Utah with an emphasis on Real Estate. He also holds from the University a certificate in Arts Technology complimenting his stengths in digital and multi-media, and marketing.

David sold real estate for almost 5 years until becoming the Principal Broker of Community Real Estate in April of 2010. Community Real Estate provides services in the following areas of real estate: residential, property management, commercial, and investments.
